Tart, island crabapples and heirloom Kings, Gravensteins and Granny Smiths are juiced and accessorized with organic star anise, cinnamon and black peppercorn for a warm spice especially suited for warm days and cold, dark rum. This one will keep you going back for more, with or without the boozed up addition – it's a uniquely exotic crowd pleaser. Pairs exceptionally well with bourbon and whisky too and makes the best hot toddy around – just add hot water!
We recommend ½-1oz shrub to 8oz sparkling water for a refreshing fruit tonic, or spice it up with a splash of liquor using our cocktail formula below.
